THE STORY

Because every child deserves to feel warm and safe at night.

Harper's Helpers collected 121 pairs of pajamas for children arriving at Jeremiah's Place, a Pittsburgh emergency shelter that provides safe, stable housing for families in crisis. For children who arrive with very little, a soft pair of pajamas is more than clothing. It is the first signal that someone cares.

Harper chose to focus on pajamas because she understood that bedtime can be the hardest moment for a child who is scared. She wanted to make it softer.
